Weird.
I just finished posting yonder previous entry and clicked over in the list at the top of the page to Aaron Swartz's blog. In one entry he mentions Edward Tufte, typography, and _The Elements of Typographic Style_. Ironically, I mentioned two of the three in said post, and I just picked up _The Elements of Typographic Style_ this past Friday at Stacey's Bookstore, along with some other books.
Also, I was just mentioning civil planning in the context of San Francisco and the Bay Area as compared to Toronto, along with Jane Jacobs (who lives in Toronto) and _The Death and Life of Great American Cities_ to a friend this evening on our way to see the new Harry Potter sequel.
I don't think I've read Aaron's blog in well over a month or more until just now.
Coincidences like this occasionally freak me out.
